I am SO excited to share this precious in-home newborn lifestyle session with you today!! I LOVE this family to pieces and I’m truly so happy for them as they just welcomed their baby girl into the world about a month ago! I met Victoria in college and we soon became wonderful friends! I remember a time in both of our lives where we weren’t sure who God had for us to marry. We even felt a little discouraged in that particular area (Pickin’s are slim, people!! :)) — but it wasn’t long before God brought the perfect man into Victoria’s life – sweet Jeremy! I had the privilege of watching them say “I do” and not only become one – but be a BEAUTIFUL testament to God’s faithfulness in our lives. If there is a couple that radiates the love of Jesus it’s these two. They serve, love, encourage, sacrifice and give freely for His glory and His kingdom. They are mission-minded, living intentionally and just started the greatest adventure of their life! Ella has no idea just how blessed she is to call Jeremy and Victoria her parents. I have a feeling Ella is going to grow up to do mighty incredible things in this world!
I spent the morning in the Wood’s home photographing Ella in her room and capturing the glow on Jeremy and Victoria’s faces as they looked into their daughter’s eyes. Despite the lack of sleep, these two looked pretty incredible and were smiling the entire time! I am so thankful to know this family. I’m thankful for God’s grace upon their lives and ours. I’m thankful for Victoria’s friendship and that The Lord has given us both the wonderful role of wife and motherhood. So much has happened in 5 years and capturing these memories in their home had me reminiscing about all of God’s goodness! Thank you, Jeremy & Victoria, for trusting me to capture these precious moments. You two are already the best parents to Ella and we’re so glad to be back in Asheville and close to you both again! Arranged marriage – possibly? 🙂 Haddon was already trying to hold Ella’s hand… just saying!
