Between a super busy Fall season and birthing our precious baby girl all at the same time – let’s just say I got behind on blogging some gorgeous weddings! But now that “slow” season has arrived I plan to catch up and fill your feed with so many beautiful images! One of my favorite weddings of 2018 was Peyton and Candace’s intimate wedding at Longleaf Vineyard in Marshall, NC. We met up with Candace at Engaged Asheville where she and all of closets friends were getting hair and makeup done.
Longleaf Vineyard in Marshall, NC is nestled deep into the mountains and my oh my – once you arrive you can see 360 degrees of mountains! This was our first time at this venue and I immediately fell in love! The sun was shining and the weather was perfect. Peyton and Candace were surrounded by their closest friends and family as they said, “I DO” and were prounounced husband and wife. Candace’s Uncle married them – making the entire ceremony extra sweet and heartfelt. After the ceremony we were able to explore so much of the property for their portraits. The sunset, vineyards and mountains were exceptional and every portrait turned out amazing – as you will see in the overload of portraits shared in this blog post!
Just when I thought the day couldn’t get any sweeter, the reception started. Everything had my eyes watering – especially the Father – Daughter dance. The toasts were full of sweet memories and well wishes. The night went on and continued with lots of dancing and celebration but one of the biggest surprises for me was when the DJ announced it was Candace’s grandmother’s birthday and everyone sang to her! I forget how old she was but she was absolutely precious and kept the dance floor hot! I know she had the best birthday yet! Everyone was so kind and welcoming at the Tabb Wedding and I know the newly married couple is surrounded by an incredible community to cheer them on in their marriage! It was such an honor to document this special day and I couldn’t be more proud to share these images today on the blog! Hope you all enjoy!
